Greetings WAPA Friends!

So if you're like me, I sure can't wait for 2020 to be over and gone along with this COVID-19 crap but there's what looks to be a little light at the end of the tunnel… so we all just gotta hang in there!

Well 2020 is almost gone and with 2021 right around the corner, you know what that means right? Yep, it's time for me to start collecting your WAPA Membership dues for the new year and my books are now open for business. A big shout out has to go to the members who have already filled this square. Way to go and thanks very much for giving this year's Membership dues campaign a big jump start!

As in years past, your Membership dues, which are still $35.00 for active members and $25.00 for a spouse or Family member, can be paid in one of three ways... cash, check or through PayPal. Please visit the Membership Page to renew for 2021!

Last year I set up what I called "Express Membership Renewal" where I do your paperwork for you if you pay by cash or check. Yep, it's as easy as it sounds and all you need to do if you pay by check is send your check to me with a note attached to say there are no changes to your Membership Profile like address, phone number or email and I'll do the rest. If your choice is PayPal I'll still do the paperwork and will reach out by email to confirm your personal information is ok. Now if you find you'd still like to complete the Membership Renewal form and send it to me no problem, click here to get the form.

Lots of great WAPA stuff going on and you don't want to get left in the dust. So on your mark, get set... GO!

Got a Membership question? Fire me an email at Oh yeah one last thing, while our new normal may be the pits, it can't break our spirit especially during the Holiday, so have a wonderful WAPA Christmas!

If you’re a fan of old engines, vintage tractors and antique machinery and you’ve been in Southern California for any amount of time, you’ve probably seen the Western Antique Power Associates (WAPA) displaying our collectables at any number of events. Whether it’s the fair, amusement parks, community festivals or school fund raisers, WAPA members are always out there running our machinery and sharing our enthusiasm with eager spectators.

Welcome Pict1 SmallWAPA was established by a handful of folks back in 1975 and it now has members around the country. The club’s board of directors meets monthly and members come to not only conduct business but to talk about important things like the projects we’re working on and how much fun we had at the last show.

If you’re interested in restoring, collecting or displaying, we’d like to have you join us.  If you have an engine that doesn’t run or if you still don’t have your first engine, joining up with a bunch of like-minded folks is the best way to get up-to-speed. Visit the Membership page to see how to join WAPA.  Besides all the shows, members also get a monthly newsletter, access to our private email chat and periodic field trips to interesting venues.

If you’re an organizer and Welcome Pict2 Smallyou’re looking for a fun and educational group to add to your event, our Show Director would be happy to chat with you. Please visit the Contact WAPA page to send a message and he will be in touch with you. You can also use that page to send us any questions or comments that you have about WAPA.

If you designate WAPA as your charity at Amazon Smile, then Amazon will donate a portion of your purchase price to WAPA!
